Custom Pallets
Our custom pallet design software (PDS) delivers a product that meets your exact needs. PDS can create a totally new pallet or redesign and existing one to conform to any set of guidelines. Our custom design specialist, combined with our software, takes into account the weight, size and other parameters of your products. This ensures that our products provide the best support for your products. These pallets can be made with Hardwood, Pine or Plywood lumber, depending on the specific application.
Crates
No size limit, Custom made
SPC produces crates of all sizes for transporting or storing. Crates can be plywood or lumber, assembled or knocked down. We will customize a crate to fit your product to ensure it’s safety during transport.
Cut-to-Size Lumber

- Can be drilled, beveled, angled on ends and heat treated.
GMA Pallet 48 x 40
GMA pallets have a standard footprint of 48” x 40” and they are designed to facilitate the quick, safe, and simple storage, transportation, and distribution of products within any industry. The 48 x 40 has a minimum load bearing capacity of 2500lbs.
Recycled Pallets
(Grade A, B, etc.)
These are an environmentally friendly option and help lower your carbon footprint. Our recycled pallet options will be sorted and repaired as needed to meet your specific needs, and will allow our customers the ability to save $$ and still handle products as needed.
Stakes
Our stakes are perfect for supporting vegetables, flowering vines, building projects, posting signs or even DIY projects. Made out of untreated wood, they are safe to use for any application. The stakes have a pointed end for easy installation. Stakes come in lengths ranging from 12” to 96”.
Heat Treating
Strasburg Pallet is Certified to heat treat pallets in accordance with the IPPC Regulations. Strasburg uses a specialized heat treater, which heats the lumber of the pallet to 140 degrees for 30 minutes. Once treated, wooden pallets are free of pest attacks.
